Motorola Mobility was established in 2011 following the split of Motorola into two companies, with Motorola Solutions catering to the enterprise segment. Acquired soon after by Google, Motorola Mobility was sold to Lenovo in 2014. Motorola made its first Android smartphone in 2009, and its first Android tablet in 2011. Motorola's latest mobile launch is the Razr 50. The mobile was launched in 9th September 2024. with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2640 pixels at a PPI of 413 pixels per inch. The Motorola Razr 50 is powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300X processor and it comes with 8GB of RAM. The phone packs 256GB of internal storage cannot be expanded. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Motorola Razr 50 packs a 50-megapixel (f/1.7) + 13-megapixel (f/2.2) primary camera on the rear and a 32-megapixel (f/2.4) front shooter for selfies. The Motorola Razr 50 runs Android 14 and is powered by a 4200mAh non removable battery. It measures 171.30 x 73.99 x 7.25 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 188.00 grams. The Motorola Razr 50 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts eSIM and Regular. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, FM, Wi-Fi Direct, Active 4G on both SIM cards, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Face unlock, Fingerprint sensor, Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Gyroscope and Barometer.
